Do you sometimes feel stressed or anxious? Are you looking to feel more grounded and calm?
Join us on a 5 week yoga therapy course where we will journey together using body movement and breathing techniques to help promote a sense of calm. As well as exploring some of the science behind what happens when we are anxious or stressed.
There will be lots of relaxation along the way and an opportunity for you to discover and design practical techniques that work for you.
I will be offering the course on a dana basis, which just means donations. Suggested dana is £75 for the course, this is just a suggestion so please know if you are not working or are unable to contribute financially you are still very welcome!

Are you looking to improve your wellbeing?
In one to one yoga therapy we use a combination of body movement, breath work and relaxation to support you in your journey to wellbeing.
As every person is unique we will co-create sessions that are tailored to your specific needs, in a supportive and welcoming environment.
You don't need any experience of yoga, session are 1 hour and can be held in person or on zoom. Price is £50 per session with discounts available to those not working or experiencing financial hardship.
