Sessions are tailored just for you, in a safe, welcoming space—available both in person or online.
The cost is £50 per one hour session, with discounts available for those not working or facing financial hardship.

Join us for a 5-week yoga therapy course, where we'll explore body movement and breathing techniques to help bring a sense of calm.
We’ll also take a look at the science behind anxiety and stress, giving you a deeper understanding of what’s happening in your body.
Expect plenty of relaxation throughout, as well as the opportunity to discover and create practical techniques that work for you.
This course is offered on a dana basis, which means it's based on donations. A suggested contribution is £75 for the course, but please know that if you're not working or are unable to contribute financially, you're still welcome to join!
